Hi, we're Christie and Beth.

If you’ve reached this page, it probably means you’re the recipient of an act of kindness as part of our Fall Into Kindness Challenge, or you've decided to join the challenge yourself!

The goal of this challenge is simple: to spread as much kindness as possible in the month of October.

Whether you’re the giver, the receiver, or both, we’d like to encourage everyone to join us in this fun and rewarding challenge.

Here’s how to play:

  1. Choose your favorite encouragement notes below, then print or save them to your phone.

  2. Perform an act of kindness, and leave or send the recipient one of the encouragement notes.

  3. Whether you’e the giver or the recipient, share your story and/or a photo to our Facebook page @christieandbeth, www.facebook.com/christieandbeth, or instagram @christieandbeth
